These are the terms for using All Sorted. By creating an account, you agree to them.
A one-time payment of A$79 gives you lifetime access to your instruction book: the guided interview, your personal book that you can update any time, and a printable PDF. Your book is digital only — there is no printed tier. "Lifetime" means the life of the service — see "Service changes" below.
Use All Sorted for its purpose: organising your own information for your family. Do not misuse the service — for example, do not attempt to access other users' books, interfere with the site's operation, or use it for anything unlawful.
Everything you enter into your interview and your book belongs to you. We store it only to provide the service (see our Privacy Policy). You can export or delete it at any time by deleting your account.
All Sorted provides organisational guidance and general information only. It is not legal, financial, insurance, or tax advice. For wills, estates, and benefits decisions, consult a licensed professional in your state or territory. Laws and processes vary by state or territory. See our Disclaimer.
Payments are processed by Stripe. If you change your mind, email info@allsortedbook.com within 15 days of purchase and we will refund the full A$79 to your original payment method. After 15 days, refunds are at our discretion. If your account is closed for misuse, no refund is owed.
We work hard to keep All Sorted reliable, but we cannot promise it will be available at all times or free of errors. The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
In plain terms: if something goes wrong with the service, our responsibility is limited to what you paid us — A$79. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as decisions your family makes based on information in (or missing from) your book. Nothing here limits rights you cannot legally give up under the Australian Consumer Law.
We may update or improve the service at any time. If we ever need to shut All Sorted down, we will give you at least 90 days' notice and a way to export and print your book before closure.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you at your account address before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
